As DV7 series machine, HP Pavilion laptop has a bit more power under the hood than their cousins DV6. In substance the 2.3 GHz AMD Turion X2 Dual Core ZM-84 processor series and is one of the fastest notebooks on the market today. The rest of the hardware is equally impressive - 4 gigabytes of RAM, a 250GB SATA hard drive and an 8x burn LightScribe Super Multi drive, both music CDs and movie DVDs. Throw in abuilt-in webcam and microphone, and the visual power of ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 graphics card, and you have a machine ready to get the latest movies, video games, or any other software that you can imagine to run. The HP Pavilion dv7-2045EA laptop is also equipped with TVs, Altec Lansing speakers and subwoofer, video, audio experience would offer one that you usually only on the latest flat.

: For special interest: I have this notebook for a long time and had decided to write another "to become silent." Here are the most specifications; LTE/286 Compaq, Intel 80C286 12 MHz, 640KB RAM, graphics card and CGA 4bit grayscale wide flat screen, DOS 6.22 (3.3 or 3.31 the original), 21MB 3.5-inch hard drive, floppy drive 1.2M - It read 1.44 MB floppies, but can not write, but rather it has about 720k floppy disks and 5 hours of battery life (!). I have lost the power (or actually the previous owner), while I souses a temporary, the backlight of the display was busted. Probably bacause of the high voltage (7Volts, it should only 6Volt power supply or so, from 4.8 to 5.5 on battery, and here I was 7? Damn …) There is nothing wrong with it, no errors sectors on the hard drive, a Connor model 4021, which have a reputation to fail. Recently I replaced the CMOS battery. Good thing I found a copy of the Diagnostics floppy (bios) … As it change specific software \ require Flash CMOS \ BIOSSettings. It is can not be used much more for it, I write a rule I have something in WordPerfect 5.1, here and there, sometimes several years in between, just because … Well, it's fun to read what I wrote several years ago.
